Supports partnerships of African higher education institutions to run student and staff mobility within Africa, with EU institutions involved. It aims to improve recognition of qualifications, institutional capacity and cooperation between universities and business.

Forthcoming; opens 3 Nov 2026. Applicants must be accredited HEIs providing postgraduate courses, established in EU Member States or listed Sub-Saharan African countries. Unit grant (unit costs).
